Rotorua Lakes Council

The Rotorua Lake Council has provided multiple facilities to the city of Rotorua within the Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand. Qwerty Systems Ltd has helped the council management facilities team integrate most of their facility buildings onto one centralize Building Management System for ease of access to visual data of these buildings. We have integrated up to 5 buildings showing mechanical systems, ventilation, water metering and energy metering. Due to this city being within a highly geothermal environment, the council is utilizing our control systems with geothermal water for the heating source of some buildings.
